Check Types
SolidPing supports 39 check types across multiple categories for monitoring your services. Each check type has specific configuration options and validation capabilities.
Incidents
SolidPing automatically creates, tracks, and resolves incidents based on check results. This page explains how the incident system works and how to configure it.
Status Pages
SolidPing includes built-in public status pages that let you share service availability with your users, customers, or team members — no authentication required.
Observability
SolidPing integrates with popular observability tools to help you monitor the monitoring platform itself. All three integrations are configured independently and can be enabled side by side.
On-Call & Escalation
SolidPing can route incidents to the right person at the right time using on-call schedules and escalation policies. Together they answer two questions: who is responsible right now? and what happens if they don't respond?
Maintenance Windows
Maintenance windows let you suppress alerts during planned work — deployments, upgrades, infrastructure changes — so your team isn't paged for downtime you already know about. While a window is active, failing checks in scope do not create incidents or send notifications.
MCP Server (AI Access)
SolidPing ships a built-in Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, letting AI assistants and LLM agents read and manage your monitoring data through a standard tool interface. Point an MCP-capable client (such as Claude) at SolidPing and it can list checks, inspect incidents, build status pages, and schedule maintenance — all scoped to a single organization.
